Gouge Prototype 1


After abandoning the base for this idea around 1 year ago, I found myself being drawn back to it to dig out the game hiding behind it!

With a much more structured approach,  I spent 3 weeks reworking some old (and a lot of new) code into this prototype.
The goal was to establish and showcase  the core mechanics for Gouge in a closed environment:
  •  Trajectory movement (Predictive and Reactive )
  • Collision interactions (Deal Damage, Take Damage)
